ZIPANG OPERA is a music performance unit featuring theatre actors Ryuji Sato, Yuu Fukuzawa, and spi.
The group's producer, Go Ueki from PaniCrew, is also known for his work as a director.
They express a unique Japanese worldview through a variety of musical approaches, including EDM, electropop, mixture, rap, and pop.
Entering the Global Market by Integrating the Physical and Digital World
ZIPANG OPERA performed the main theme and other songs for the 2023 film General Probe ★ 7 (shortened to GenePro★ 7). For the Web3 project Another World, members of ZIPANG OPERA were turned into illustrations that were sold as NFT art, and they also held worldwide livestream of an XR live concert.
In 2024, ZIPANG OPERA held their first Zepp tour with 13 shows across 6 cities, including a performance in Taiwan, and will continue their global expansion by fusing real and digital experiences.
