KENJI YASHIMA
Born in 1980, in Kyoto Prefecture. Kenji Yashima relocated to Tokyo at the age of 20 and became president of Tsubasa Records Co., Ltd. in 2004. He founded TWIN PLANET Co., Ltd., which is engaged in marketing, PR, product development, promotion, and management as an "Intellectual Property (IP) Production" that focuses not only on characters, but also on all kinds of content, such as people, things, and goods. In recent years, he has been producing events utilizing the IP of "TABEKKO DOUBUTSU by GINBIS" and managing "ATARASHI GAKKO!".

MAKOTO MATSUDA
Born in 1967, Makoto Matsuda is an international producer of a wide variety of stage productions. He originally worked as an actor before founding the stage production company, Nelke Planning Co., Ltd. in 1994 where he pioneered the “2.5-dimensional musical” genre: adaptations of Japanese anime, manga and video games. He has produced numerous well-known productions that have become major hits domestically as well as overseas in Asia, Europe and the United States. In recent years, in addition to stage productions, he has also been involved in the production of many other forms of entertainment such as video artworks and music across the world.

HARRY TANAKA
Harry Tanaka has over 20 years of experience in business management and legal affairs in the entertainment and media industries in Japan, the United States and Europe. He was a member of the top management team of The Walt Disney Company in Japan for seventeen years, where he served as General Manager of the Studio Motion Pictures and Media Division amongst other leading positions. He was later appointed to the board director of Studio Ghibli and was in charge of the launch of the Ghibli Park constructed in Aichi Prefecture.
